The Studio Alexander team combines youthful exuberance
with sound commercial judgment. Our creativity is matched
with incisive business analysis, sound financial management
skills and responsive service.
Thirty years experience in the communications business gives Grant an impeccable understanding of both creative and business objectives. Prior to starting Studio Alexander with his daughter in 1999, Grant was the cofounder of designworks and instrumental in building it into an award winning company of 60 people across three offices in Auckland, Wellington and Sydney. Grant is a member of Equip, design integration consultants, one of the teams who provide services to the Better By Design national design 360 programme for exporters.
The wider design and business community has recognised Grant’s contribution to design in business: He is a fellow of the Designer’s Institute of New Zealand (DINZ), a recipient of many Best Design Awards, has written about design for several New Zealand publications and was the recipient of the lifelong DINZ Outstanding Achievement Award in 2006.

She makes sure our clients are well loved and their brands are faithfully executed across various channels. A detail girl, Haidee enjoys what some of us loath: Budget preparation, monitoring, billing, briefing, research, co-ordination of project information, and collaboration with clients, designers and our studio manager to deliver the best possible service.
